I was posting a blog when suddenly the power went out. Blame it on the bad weather today. It has been raining cats and dogs since I woke up at five AM today. Actually I was uploading this picture of the river when it started overflowing its bank. And after waiting for about twenty minutes (that is how long it takes to upload just one picture) the brownout came.

That is our river by whose side we have spent most of our lives. The rain has let up a little and as long as I have my netbook and my son lords it over the pc, all is well with our world. I am finishing three instructional materials or text books which are due next week and I am sure this is an acceptable alibi for not blogging since Easter Sunday. The pressure to do so many things is up as I have two trips next week, one to the Southern part of this island and another to Ilocandia. It is such good news that after all, our tour to the Marcos area of the country with its welll preserved 17th century culture will push through as planned.

  So much for today before another brown our hits us.
