I  posted some photos in Facebook of my visit to my other grandson in Cebu. I was delighted at his progress. He is six months now and so lively and smiling. He cried when he saw me for the first time after a couple of months since he left our home. But he reverted back to his smiling disposition after he got used to seeing me again. How soon can babies forget. But I was relieved to know that the young parents are adjusting well to parenthood. They did a good job of raising the child. I could see that despite the fact that parenthood is instinctive, it is only with love that one can go through the many activities and tasks involved.

Anyhow, we went to see an EENT at Cebu Doctor's Hospital who finally uncovered the mystery behind hubby's missing voice. After having seen three doctors whose prescriptions did not alleviate his condition in anyway,this doctor took a picture (via endoscopy) of a polyp growth in his throat.He needs to undergo surgery in about ten days' time.

Welll I went home ahead of him as there were classes on Tuesday. My long weekend was over and I had to get back to work.

I like the way some people can make me feel they can not do without me.But there are those who do not even realize what I have done for them. Like this subordinate who can be so insubordinate because she thinks I have been unfair in my treatment of all of them. It can be quite a nuisance, especially when she walks into the office arrogantly demands (not request, mind you) my clerk to do things for her inspite of the fact that I have provided her with a printer and a computer to lessen the burden of work at the office.

Well I do not want to waste precious space here over some ingrate who do not even realize what I did for her so she would get her salary increase now. How did I get here?. I started out on a very good note and end, well, I cant help it. I am only human too. It only points out to the fact that no matter how much you push nasty things into the back of your mind, the subconscious has a way of pushing it to the surface. lol. good day everyone.
