Ace's workplace

It took me th

is long to write the sequel to my Cagayan visit, work has always prevented me from doing what I want to do which is recording my favorite travels or even just simply musing over the events of the day and writing them down.
Well I was able to visit my son's workplace while I was in CDO. Jojo was actually pressing him to let us visit the place, but he was unsure of the possibility until the following day on my god daughter Aya's birthday that he seemed to have asked permission from his bosses and gave us the go signal to take a trip to the Rio Verde Water Corporation. I was awed at the sight of the place. It was Jojo who had a lot of questions. He showed me the potable water flowing under the floor of the main building which was visible through a glass window.
Their establishment is distributing water to certain districts in CDO that is of WHO quality. When we arrived there his boss, met us and showed us a video of the operation of the company while treating us to coffee. They were quite amiable, although we did not see many of the workers there. The place was several kilometers from the CDO high way, and we traveled through a rough road on the way.  I pitied my brother inlaw and his honda civic who did not expect such kind of road, and the distance although not so far took us about almost an hour to cover.
Here he is busy answering Tita Jojo's questions while ushering us to the video room where we were given a show about the company itself.
His office was a cozy place, with neat files and a pc with one big but: no internet access.
So he goes downwtown when he want to send e mails or log in to his facebook account, I think this one below is a ph meter to show the level of acidity of the product water of the company. My son if you read this, please correct me if I am wrong I did not quite hear your explanation of the use of the gadgets here.
Somewhere out there is supposed to be the housing of the staff. But we were not able to go there anymore because the sun was going down and I had to leave for Cebu at 9 PM that night.
This is the room which houses the gadgets for quality control
He pointed our to me some grasses which are not indigenous of CDO, but he said have been imported and made to grow there. They are not green totally, the growth nearest the ground are brownish.
Anyway the trip was worth the time and I learned a lot about my son's work and could understand his feeling of boredom as the place is really isolated although it is within the city of CDO. He can go down tho as a service car goes down every six hours.
